Titanium Signature Fob

Here's a little piece I made either for myself or my grandmother. It's from a round piece of scrap that I Dremeled off and then added a hole to. One side is stamped with the first JDR stamp, and the other is stamped with the Lynx. Smaller in diameter than a dime, but much thicker, and weighs next to nothing.

So, Uh, JDR, do you ever do damascus steel Mini Knives or
Damascus steel hammer heads or Damascus Dwarf Betta or something along those lines or similar? Just for fun or one time piece or something like that?
Because that could be amazing.

How about maybe making a batch of
Mini Hammer Heads in Natural Bar finish. Wow that would be awsome.

I could also go for a mini hammerhead, say maybe 2/3 the size of the regular HH.

That Mini HH is sounding better every minute.

I've done a couple of Moai in damascus, and a Finger/Thumbnail. I just finished up a couple of pieces that resemble larger versions of the Pacu Fledglings for the same person. They should look amazing when they're finished. I'm not set up to do the etch yet, so the person I did them for sends them to Ray Raker to be heat treated and etched. He does a fantastic job from what I've seen, and I really like some of the guy's tools. I'm amazed at the price points he's able to make damascus goodies available at.
If I recall correctly, and it's unlikely I do,...AutoNut has the closest thing to a smaller Hammerhead that exists at this time. I think it was titanium...
I might try to make that the next item to work on, following a run of DragonToes in CPM S30V (instead of CPM 3V like the first/last batch), and a run of Pryrranhas maybe.
Things have gotten slow lately; like only crickets chirping in the abandoned theater kind of slow. That's really the way it is all around for most right now though. I'm using the time to try new stuff, and get the shop ready for cold weather operation. I would say that I've been looking for other employment, but that's not really feasible at this point in time with the way things are, and I'm not really stoked about that proposition anyhow;) The slowdown has actually given me the opportunity to begin to build stock, and thus make available several items at one time on the website:)
Happy Halloween Y'all!!!
