That's awesome. I really do love your work even though I haven't bought anything yet. I will though this time around. I can't wait until you make some more freakfish too. Have you thought about making any whistles by any chance? Thanks, Dave
Thanks Dave. I have enough material for a few more of those, and will likely do one or two in the "natural" finish. I would love to do whistles, but would have to check into what having a machine shop produce them would entail (not to mention, come up with a design). If we could just get Peter to produce his whistles again! I think he's through with them, but they are without a doubt some of my alltime favorite pieces of gear. There is another guy who was making whistles on the forums, but I don't think he's done a batch in a long time, and I missed out on picking one up when he did.
Thanks Barry:) Let me know when it arrives, and what you think of it.
Got the Itajara(Freak) today and am very impressed!!! It feels like you could use it to prop up a truck. This is an awesome piece Josh, keep up the good work.
Thanks Ed; glad you like it:) I've got enough material for a few more Itajara,...I just need to get over and borrow Larry's heavy duty bandsaw again to cut it into appropriate sized hunks.
