Razorwire Stainless Damascus Bettas

As usual, I ran out of the necessary light to get a decent pic. This is Devin Thomas's Razorwire pattern. It really does look like it, too:) These are neat pieces, and deserve better pics to show off their detail and pattern, so stay tuned, and I'll replace them with better pics tomorrow:)

Antique Vines and Roses Trio

A group shot of the last 3 pieces of stainless damascus. Vines and Roses patterned Minnow, Baby Pacu, and Hammerhead. The patterning on the pryedges of these pieces is amazing:) Looks like scales or netting.

Antique Raindrop Hammerhead

Heavily etched Raindrop Damascus Hammerhead that received similar treatment as the Reptilian pictured below. I'm thinking about making both finishes available in future offerings, and will likely refer to this finish as Antique.

I'm really beginning to favor this finish; it really is even better in person.

My Hammerhead

Here's a shot of the Reptilian Hammerhead I kept for myself. I finished it in the same way as the Thumbnail below. I had to take both pics in bright sunlight to show the detail; my apologies for the glare.

Heavily Etched Thumbnail

I usually try to keep back a piece to "experiment" with, and this is one of those. I etched this one deeply, and then satinized the finish, giving it a brighter appearance. This one turned out really nice. The finish I can only describe as "pearlescent".

Damascacudas

The pic above is the latest pic of the reworked shiny piece that appears on the right in the two pictures below. It's much sharper now than I had it originally.

These are two Barracudas made from the Ladder Damascus pattern. Each has been lightly etched for about the same amount of time, but the shinier version on the right has been buffed to a satin finish. The pic doesn't really show how much layer contrast the piece still exhibits.
